Cycling is my cross-training method of choice (I get in two days a week, typically, for about 45 minutes), so it’s fortuitous that Bicycling Magazine has provided Runner’s World with a series of videos on using the bike for cross-training. I do hills, but that can get boring. Variety is the spice of life!
